The waitlist and price-interest forms collect what you enter: your email address, role, the state you'd track and the plan you pick, plus the page you submitted from. We use them only to gauge interest in the citation alert and to email you if it launches. We don't sell or share them. To be removed, email [email protected]. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

The citation records on this site are public CMS data about licensed nursing facilities. No resident, patient or staff information is shown.

The site sets no cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only aggregate statistics (such as page views and country); it does not track you across sites.
